One of the things our clients rely on us for is quick and efficient handling of their product storage and distribution in the Pacific Northwest. With locations chosen for their easy access in the Seattle area, our storage facilities in Kent and Puyallup are close to major highways, rail lines and the ports of nearby cities. This allows us to provide fast local distribution as well as efficient shipping support to points beyond Western Washington state.
In addition, we offer an online inventory control that allows our customers to review their product information, including shipping schedules and shipments, lot details and transaction history. Orders can be placed within our online system, and we can prepare and deliver reports that track your product according to customer name or destination address. This allows our clients a great deal of control over their own goods as they are handled and distributed from one of our storage facilities to the destination of their choice.
We store product for long-term and short-term time periods. Our Puyallup facility offers generous square footage of freezer storage, chilled storage and dry storage, along with temperature-controlled loading docks to deliver goods safely into bulk or racked storage, while our Kent location offers additional freezer storage. The interiors of our facilities are climate-controlled by our computer system, and we will sort and label the goods we handle for storage or for immediate reshipment (in order to keep costs low, we offer same-day shipping). We are also happy to fill multi-item orders, or orders intended for multiple destinations, in order to ensure that product is handled expediently.
Whether your product is coming to us by truck or rail, or coming to us from a port, you will find us willing to receive and ship your product in a timely and flexible manner. We make it our business to tailor our services to our clients’ needs as much as we possibly can, and to make it simple for them to control their goods through our computer system. Situated at central points of the Seattle area and the Pacific Northwest, we pride ourselves on our accessibility.
